Being a member of PlayStation Plus assures you the ability to play online, with friends or with random people all over the world. The yearly fee of around 60 euro’s is worth every penny. Especially since the PlayStation Plus membership provides big sales in the PlayStation store and monthly free games. The games for this month are: Final Fantasy VII Remake* , Remnant: From the Ashes and Farpoint.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

Final Fantasy VII Remake is the newest version of the iconic original game that the RPG-genre redefined and dives deeper in the world and characters of the game. The first game took place in the city Midgar and proved to be an experience on itself. Besides unforgettable characters and the strong story does the Final Fantasy VII Remake offer a hybrid fight system. Besides that,  Final Fantasy VII Remake has been elected as Best score and music game of 2020. Normally Final Fantasy VII Remake would cost 69.99 euro but now it’s free!

Remnant: From the Ashes

Remnant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival action shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by monstrous creatures. As one of the last remnants of humanity, you’ll set out alone or alongside up to two other players to face down hordes of deadly enemies and epic bosses, and try to carve a foothold, rebuild, and then retake what was lost. The game was released on 20th august 2020 and would cost normally around 40 euro’s.

Farpoint

Farpoint is a first-person VR-shooter in an open world. You’re stranded on a dangerous planet with only standard equipment of your escape pod at your disposal. You’ll never forget the Emergency signals, the total darkness and then the crash. So you decide to search for The Pilgrim’s crash site that is the only way you could survive. Unfortunately Fairpoint is a VR only title, meaning it can not be played without the right equipment. Normally the game would cost 19.99 euro’s but if you need to buy the VR glasses, which cost around 300 euro’s it is better to skip the game.
